Our Level 3 survey is designed for distinctive or older properties, including those built before 1850,
with unique designs, significant extensions, or substantial defects.
This comprehensive survey examines the property's structure, systems (such as electrical, plumbing, and heating),
and grounds, as well as areas that are safe to access but usually hidden, like attics and cellars.
It includes operational checks of the building's systems, with the permission of the occupant, instead of testing the materials.
The report delivers a thorough analysis of the construction techniques, condition of materials, and the significance of any defects found.
Additionally, it highlights the risk of potential or concealed defects in areas not inspected, suggests likely causes of observed defects, recommends actions for any necessary repairs along with the potential consequences of not addressing them, provides general advice on the priority and timing for the required work, and offers an estimate of repair costs if necessary.
